1. Lab Order Creation
Create a lab order for your patient and we'll handle the rest. You have the option to contact us to coordinate care, or your patient can self-book with the provided lab order. Rest assured, we strictly adhere to safety regulations and maintain HIPAA compliance throughout the entire process, prioritizing the well-being and privacy of all involved.
2. Convenient Sample Collection
Our skilled staff will visit your patient's preferred location or they can visit one of our patient service centers for sample collection. Our goal is to make the process as convenient and hassle-free as possible.
3. Sample Delivery & Results
After sample collection, we'll ensure they are promptly delivered to the lab of your choice. Please note that BayPLS solely processes COVID, Flu, and RSV samples.
